Returns & Exchanges

At Lé Viérge Luxe, we value and appreciate every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your item, reach out to us within 5 consecutive days of delivery receipt and we’ll do our best to work with you. We’ll consider exchanging the unworn and resalable merchandise for another style or size, pending material availability of the garment of your choice. We’ll also take 100% responsibility in the extenuating circumstance of a manufacturing defect.

Prior to returning any items, a return acceptance confirmation email is needed from the  Lé Viérge Luxe staff. Do not return any items to Lé Viérge Luxe warehouse without approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Email your order number and concern, for review, to CustomerService@Lé ViérgeLuxe.com If your concern is approved via email, please return unworn merchandise for review by following the steps below.

Return Policy:

We do not offer cancellations. We do not offer refunds. Returns are accepted, at Lé Viérge Luxe discretion, within 7 consecutive days of receipt for an exchange consideration or Lé Viérge Luxe credit coupon. 

• Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, new, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).

• Upon arrival at the  Lé Viérge Luxe warehouse, all returned items are inspected. Lé Viérge Luxe reserves the right, at it’s sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition. If for any reason merchandise is not in saleable condition, we will not be responsible for shipping returned items back to the customer.

Please note original shipping charges are non-transferable and non-refundable.
