How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed on weekdays during business hours. Most orders ship out within 7-10 business days after processing, not including weekends or holidays, unless otherwise noted. The Lé Viérge Luxe staff is working safely and diligently to get all shipments out as soon as possible. Due to current world climate, COVID-19, you may experience shipping delays.
Can I pay to rush my order?
We apologize but at this time we do not offer expedited shipping.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, we do not ship internationally at this time.
What if I need to change my delivery address after I’ve placed my order?
We’re unable to make any changes to your shipping address once your order has been placed. Please be sure all pertinent information is entered correctly prior to finalizing your order, this includes accurate apartment or suite numbers, zip codes, telephone numbers, etc...
What if I received confirmation that my order has shipped, I’ve checked the tracking number status on the carrier’s website but my package has not arrived yet?
We know things happen, but unfortunately we aren’t responsible for lost or stolen packages. All customers receive tracking and carrier information which can be used to track your package or to contact the carrier directly to file a claim for a lost or stolen package. Customers are responsible for filing lost or stolen claims with the carrier. Lé Viérge Luxe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and does not file any claims on behalf of the customer.

We're very sorry to hear that. Please check shipping confirmation/tracking number to confirm shipping time frame has passed. If indeed the time frame has passed, email us at info@leviergeluxe.com with your order number.
I ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
At Lé Viérge Luxe , we value and appreciate every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your item, reach out to us within 5 consecutive days of delivery receipt and we’ll do our best to work with you. We’ll consider exchanging the unworn and resalable merchandise for another style or size, pending material availability of the garment of your choice.
